After what happened to the first two whistleblowers, I'm not sure any more will step up to the plate. I'm sure that was the desired effect.

Has anybody thought about the fact that Boeing is the manufacturer and the airlines are responsible for urgent maintenance at all times? This is just like the Toyota bashing from Obama administration. It was the airbags or the mats down on the floor.

When you purchase a washer and dryer from LG and let’s say after a year and a half for two years, appliances only warranted for one year, something goes wrong with the dryer. Do you then go back to LG and complain about the problem? No you get it because maybe you were using the dryer, or your vent got clogged up.

Let’s pick on a Frigidaire or a whirlpool refrigerator. After the one year warranty, do you go back to them complaining that the icemaker no longer works. It’s been in your house and you probably have debris in your line so you have to clear the water tube that’s bringing water into the icemaker.

All this bashing of Boeing is very disturbing. Something smells sickly fishy in these cases. does anyone agree or do I bark up the wrong tree?
