It's a good question, because whoever recorded the video is following with his camera the white truck moving slowly in traffic *for 30 seconds BEFORE* the truck driver makes a hard right turn into the crowd on the sidewalk. Just a very odd coincidence? Fox doesn't say where they obtained the video clip.

The questions about Turo are most likely irrelevant… it’s the new go to for car rentals. The process is easier than car rental companies. If I were any kind of criminal that needed to rent a car, that would be first stop.
