The powers that shouldn't be are sending their junk outdated weapons to Ukraine...there's always money to be made if one tries hard enough and keeping war going is such a good way of making it. Plus those boys wanting dangerous toys are asking daddy government to invest in making more toys...If these weren't supposedly 'adult' 'mature' people, such demands for toys would be acceptable, but coming from so called grown men it sounds like arrested development. Not the characteristics required for keeping us all safe which is what the 'armed forces' are supposed to do according to the BS.
