If declared 'legal tender' can a state actually ban its use though? Not even remotely defending CBDCs, but this seems like theater (or trojan horse to ultimately ban btc and such) more than anything. If a business wants to accept it, and a person wants to use it, I don't see how a state law can or should stop it.
