What a disgraceful shame! My darling 79-year old mother had a similar incident and just gave up out of frustration. I’m not interested in artificial intelligence and virtual assistants. Nothing is better than human to human contact; a pleasant smile in person or amicable greetings over the phone with clear and concise English in America. We just have to say NO!
