Rents have gone up due to inflation, tax increases, insurance premiums skyrocketing, maintenance skyrocketing, non-paying tenants, etc…
Non-paying tenants who could afford to pay but chose not to are the greedy ones.
Blame the politicians because they have caused all of these problems and rent increases.
