Good Sir, corporations exist under the privilege of their formation via the state, and enjoy limited liability for the payment of debts. As such, corporations engaged in Business (for profit) are subject to the state's POLICE POWERS. As Corps enjoy the privilege of limited liability, they are subject to state and federal laws which govern their existence. As such, Corps do NOT have 1st Amendment rights as those of a individual, because the POLICE POWERS of the state control them. Censoring what CORPS produce, do or say is a PRIVILEGE, not a RIGHT! CORPS exist at the pleasure of the state. So, it is no surprise the STATE can impose limitations on their behavior. The principle is: "IF YOU ACCEPT THE STATE's "MONEY", you accept their jurisdiction." Hope this helps other to understand. Kind Regards, FMR Intelligence Officer
