This article is taken from 2013. I would think if you're going to make such serious claims you should have more recent information to back it up. Otherwise you appear to be fear mongering rather than informing.
Information is information. Regardless of "age," it's still up to the reader/researcher/perceiver to use their critical thinking to analyze it for themselves.
To Irene The Insomniac: This is all true, and very serious. Does it matter that it happened years ago? What should matter is that it hasn't stopped since then. I have a friend who had a very similar experience and was targeted for years. At one point her only protection was a Faraday cage. May be it's time to be afraid.
