I'm recovering EHS, live in a rural area, no cell towers within 4 miles, turn off the electrical circuits around my bedroom at night, and I sleep like a baby. Nice to hear/see others writing about this. There are other doctors talking about EHS being in part the result of our collective loss of resilience due to ongoing exposure to other environmental toxicities in food, water, air...experimental injections. These doctors highlight the need to make "clean" lifestyle choices and to stay detoxed to the best of one's ability to avoid a loss of resilience before one reaches the point of full blown electromagnetic hypersensitivity. The problem, say these doctors, is not just increasing EMF exposure but increasing EMF exposure coupled with increasing toxic exposures of all kinds.
