Agree. The Supremes have been all over the place historically, apparently often having trouble understanding the English language of the Constitution. Years ago I spent a lot of wasted time going back years on findings and disgusted how this court made findings clearly in violation of specific Constitution wording, thereby failing to respect that this document is explicit in powers, and not just a series of suggestions. Yes, the IRS is in violation of Amendment IV with their warrantless searches.
This fishing-expedition tolerance will undoubtedly be abused by the IRS for at least several years before it's reined in (if ever). Similar to how the banks were pressured to release all transaction info for anyone in Washington DC area around January 6th. And how the grand jury was misled and lied to by FBI to get Trump. The IRS will be turned against those who don't support the Narrative and the party in power.

This is a blatant example of why 'non-compliance' will not be enough. In fact, 'Do not comply' will be a big sign post marking you out for persecution. You'll be non-complying all the way to your own demise.
Non-compliance can be effective when a significant portion of the population adamantly engages. Otherwise it is futile, and worse, flags you for corrective attention.
Giving the appearance of compliance, whilst actively, and surreptitiously, undermining and resisting, is a far more effective strategy. Both in sustaining your own existence, and those you care for, and fighting your foe.
Think of all those 'non-compliers' within the parameters of the Nazis. They were the first to go. It was the stealth resisters who continued the fight.
