I source all of my food locally. I don’t eat grains or sugars and when I do eat fruit and veg, it’s seasonal varieties from the farmers market from sources I know. Aside from that, I’ve half a grass fed cow in the freezer, a few free range chickens and a hog that foraged and was never fed grain. It’s easy to unplug from the corporate food nightmare if you put your mind to it.

Ditto! What I don’t grow in my greenhouse, I purchase from a few of the incredibly amazing local farmers that I know. I make my own, supplements, toothpaste, soap and skin cream. Family and friends who don’t have these “luxuries” as they put it, are encouraged to check out a kosher grocer… they don’t appear to be poisoning their own… for now.
