The deafening silence from government and other organisations supposedly looking after the well being of the people over which they wish to maintain power is easily understood...if one looks at this silence from a eugenics point of view...why would they say anything against something that serves their perfidious agenda.
The human population of the Earth passed 8 billion in 11/22. Even though the rate of population growth has been decreasing over all for years - that wasn't enough for the globalists. They had to go ahead and do their Globalist Purge anyway (also called The Great Culling).
Last year I was pointed to a 1994 UN Population Conference report that defines the UN's population number of concern as 8 Billion. The incendiary part of the report - the Action Items describing what the UN Population Conference members planned to do to keep us from reaching 8 Billion - was referenced in the text to be in an Appendix at the end of the document, but it was not there.... and not findable in UN's archives.
