I think the same crew is behind China and Russia... they are trying to maneuver everything into two apparently competing factions (Divide and Conquer) then, ultimately one-world "government"
It will be interesting to see what the likes of Blackrock, Vanguard et al invest in very soon. The families that have stayed in power for centuries certainly won't let this opportunity go unattended, they may well be behind the formation of Brics, having seen what a mess they themselves, the bankers and others have made of western currencies?
