Obviously this is video evidence of nefarious activity. I'm not sure if the USA can even manufacture the steel necessary to rebuild. The federal government is so completely feckless (think U.S. Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg) that I'll bet a cup-of-coffee the bridge will never be rebuilt.
