If you do a little research and read comments on substack, you will learn that the COVID vaccine can cause autoimmune encephalitis which mimics schizophrenia and can cause hallucinations and psychosis. Naturally, I expect these cases are underreported because of the stigma associated with mental health issues and the reality that autoimmune encephalitis was only really recognized as an illness/disease around 2007.
Look up the book and movie “Brain on Fire” about a journalist who suffered from this.

I personally know of a couple instances of substantial mental health hallucinations/psychosis in vaccinated individuals.
