This is why I say it is useless, utterly useless to be a "non profit" or PMA or any other thing that adheres to anything the government says. We need a database, just a simple database of people who want to have their children learn this way and teachers who want to do it. Just a simple website that enables people to find each other. Forget about registering. Stop giving these mobsters legitimacy.
No they didn't start a totally new system - they still got the sanction of applying for a 5013(c) and joining a PMA. Which means absolutely nothing if they want to close you down. What is needed is a totally separate database of people who want to do this and are prepared to do what is necessary. They also paid the fines - they wimped out. We must NEVER pay fines. I know it's hard to do on one's own but that is why we need others to pledge to do the same. We really are on our own but we must be networked with other like minds. Otherwise no one is safe.
