My trainer/nutritionist ex started the one meal a day years ago … I started the 12/8 during Covid & I’m down 50 lbs. .. due to internal adhesions/chronic pain I am unable to exercise much .. fasting has been only thing that has worked to date 😀… & my numbers are amazing 🤩

I love the idea. . .but I do too much physical activity to not feed the organic machine that is my body.

Burning fuel requires you to replace it.
