I've been carnivore of years. I drink a cup of coffee daily. I'm 60. My testosterone levels are in the 90th percentile for my age. My dad is 93 and still has his faculties in tact and plays on a golf league. Grandpa, a 60 year smoker and coffee drinker lived to 91. This is one of those open debates in the health and wellness world. I like my coffee. I source and roast my own. I don't have withdrawal symptoms if I don't have a cup on a give day. Not too worried about this one. I will listen to some of the videos but I've got enough to focus on in this mad mad world to worry about my morning cup of joe.

I like Matcha but I am not an expert in the type of caffeine/effects. I got myself off pre-workout drinks once I understood the biochemical negatives and I was at 300mgs per drink.
