When I communicate, I always remind myself that what I communicate could become part of a legal issue. Even people I consider friends, might not be in a year or two, given the mind control, mental illness, etc. I have experienced in my social circles these last 15 years.

So I don't separate personal communication from professional communication. I only use professional communication methods that are trackable and documented --> like folks are required to e-mail me to request a phone call on my flip phone that will be brief to protect me from the EMR.

At this point, I don't think many people who are smart phone dependent, can switch back to this mode of operating. Even if they can understand that smart phones are now engineered to electronically assault them, and perform 100%, 365-24-7 surveillance on everything they do. Most people appear (I really hope I'm wrong) to not be able to remove smart phones from their lives.
