Is there really a high demand for "skin substitutes", other than for burn victims? Isn't placental tissue the best "skin substitute" for treating burn victims?

Details aside... We the People are getting tired of those who volunteered to become public servants, - whether elected, appointed, or hired - abusing the public trust and / or the authority delegated to the position in which they serve.

U.S. Constitution - Article VI, Clause 2. & 3.

"'This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof;

and Treaties made, or which shall be made under [not above, nor beyond] the authority of the United States' shall be the supreme Law of the Land;

and the Judges in every State shall be BOUND thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the contrary notwithstanding."

The Senator and Representatives before mentioned, and the members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers both of the United State and of the several States, shall be BOUND by Oath or Affirmation to support this Constitution..."

Those who volunteer to become servants of the People in State or local government positions are also required to take an Oath of Affirmation to their State constitution, as well.

S.C. U.S. Justice, in Colten vs. Commonwealth of Ky. wrote: "The constitutional principle is that we the people are the sovereigns, the state and federal officials only our agents."
