The True Nature of the Rapidly Approaching “Fed Now” Operation

This is already happening as you read this – .https://www.federalreserve.gov/newsevents/pressreleases/files/other20190805a1.pdf – On Weds. April 12, I got links, from what I assume were 4 different marketing affiliates, to a marketing presentation from weissratings.com. In the canned presentation from the founder, Martin Weiss, I got an earful about this Fed pdf document linked above (92 pages) describing the most invasive control and surveillance program, IMO, ever perpetrated by anyone associated with the Rogue U.S. Govt. I’m pasting in a brief, all things considered, section from the start of this massive doc below:
“FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM Docket No. OP – 1670 Federal Reserve Actions to Support Interbank Settlement of Faster Payments
AGENCY: Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System ACTION: Notice and request for comment. SUMMARY: The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (Board) has determined that the Federal Reserve Banks (Reserve Banks) should develop a new interbank 24x7x365 real- time gross settlement service with integrated clearing functionality to support faster payments in the United States. The new service would support depository institutions’ provision of end-to- end faster payment services and would provide infrastructure to promote ubiquitous, safe, and efficient faster payments in the United States. In addition, the Federal Reserve intends to explore expanded hours for the Fedwire ® Funds Service and the National Settlement Service, up to 24x7x365, to support a wide range of payment activities, including liquidity management in private-sector real-time gross settlement services for faster payments. Subject to the outcome of additional analysis of relevant operational, risk, and policy considerations, the Board will seek public comment separately on plans to expand hours for the Fedwire Funds Service and the National Settlement Service.
DATES: Comments on the proposed actions must be received on or before [INSERT 90 DAYS AFTER DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER].”
Heads up, INCOMING. In his presentation, Weiss suggested that 50 major US banks could be operating through the new Fed payment facility (Fed Now) as early as next month. He also implies that all of the transactions through this facility will be subject to surveillance by the “Federal Reserve.” This is, as is well known, NOT a lawful agency of the “Constitutional” U.S. Government, but a private Cartel permitted by actors in that government to unlawfully control and manipulate the nation’s monetary system. It should have absolutely no jurisdiction to create anything like a single payment facility for the entire economy. This seems to fulfill all of the goals of a Central Bank Digital Currency system all in one fell swoop. Hence the name chosen for it: “Fed Now” !!!
