A few months after we notified local government officials that the People had the right to use the parks and beaches whenever we wanted, we came back and were able to open the beach. It was almost as though the whole thing was a house of cards, and all we had to do, was blow on it.

2. The Chief of Police that opened the door to let his subordinates drag me inside, is now a Security guard at the Aquarium after 13 years with that department, and they are on their Fourth Chief of Police, looking for their fifth.

   

3. City Hall keeps postponing the renovation of the Police Department

4. One of the Interim Chiefs of Police asked me repeatedly to go out for a coffee so we could "discuss policing" and I could have time to "play with dogs and enjoy hiking in the outdoors" (yes, he really did, and i have the emails to prove it ... 😂) and when he didn't get any satisfaction, started delivering paperwork to my front door, like my own personal errand boy. 😂

5. In October of 2022, City Hall voted to give ALL their police officers, a 28 to 58% retroactive raise to the day I filed my lawsuit. (This gem was the hand of God, not necessarily anything I did per se, but is still pretty wild.)

6. I reached out to enough Youtube channels that when the James Freeman channel covered my beach arrest, the Carmel Police Department got flooded with calls, and they closed down their Facebook page, right in the middle of a fundraiser.

7. Submitted the Writ of Mandate and/or Prohibition - exposing that the lower courts are ALL about consent and offer to contract.

8. Got all my charges dismissed and the warrants recalled - without an attorney after I uttered the words, "You offered these terms of a contract, and I did not consent to your offer."

The corruption of the "Legal System," and the unlawful activities of petty tyrants acting under Color of Law are not supported by any real system that can stand in the face of The People asserting their sovereignty and standing their ground.
