I tried my new gaba supplement https://www.amazon.com/GABA-Supplements-Relaxation-AminoButyric-L-Theanine/dp/B0BZQBB3CX. I don't know if it's magnesium, or it's other ingredients, but that supplement really changed my sleep for better, so it works. I feel much more better, less intensive mood swings and more energy. It is not an antidepressant, so it is always better to check at doctors.
